- We respond within one business day. Usually sooner. We’ll confirm receipt and suggest a few times for a discovery call if your project sounds like a good fit.
- Discovery call (30–45 min). We’ll talk about your business, your goals, and what you’re hoping your website will do for you. You’ll have a chance to ask us anything.
- Proposal. If there’s a fit, we’ll send a clear proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment — no surprises, no vague line items.
- Decision on your timeline. No follow-up pressure. Take the time you need to decide.
What We’re Looking For in a Project
We take on a limited number of projects each quarter so we can give each one proper attention. The projects we do best with tend to share a few things:
- A business owner who knows what they do and who they serve — even if they need help communicating it
- Willingness to be involved in the process, especially the feedback rounds
- A realistic timeline — we don’t do rush jobs that compromise quality
- A budget that fits the scope (our custom packages start at $2,500)

How quickly can you start?
That depends on our current queue. We typically book 2–4 weeks out. If your timeline is urgent, mention it in your message and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Do you work with businesses outside Charlotte?
Yes. While we’re based in Charlotte, NC, we work with clients remotely across the US. Everything from discovery through launch can be handled over video call and email.
What if I just need a small update to an existing site?
We handle maintenance and smaller updates for existing clients on retainer. For one-off updates on sites we didn’t build, reach out with details and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects are split into two or three milestone payments — typically a deposit to begin, a payment at the design approval stage, and a final payment before launch. We’re flexible and will outline the structure clearly in your proposal.
What information should I have ready?
Just the basics: what your business does, who your ideal clients are, and what you want your new site to accomplish. We’ll guide you through the rest during the discovery call. The more specific you can be about your goals, the more useful that first conversation will be.
